Q: How can I start bidding on and start working on tasks?

Simple! Become a TASKAUSSIE by signing up for a free account. Once you are a member, you are ready to start bidding as TASKAUSSIE for various tasks in conformity with your skills and your geographical suitability.

Q: How much does it cost to register as TASKAUSSIE?

It’s absolutely FREE. We don’t change any commission or fee from TASKAUSSIES. So this venue is absolutely free for both parties.

Q: Why do I need to fill in a profile?

www.taskaussie.com is a community marketplace built on trust and safety that allows people to connect, interact and subsequently meet in person. Therefore, information about you is important for the community to be able to work together without hesitation or reservation and little or no doubt about your reliability and trustworthiness. This is why we encourage you to include your photo and a few words about yourself, your qualifications and work experience. A smiling face on your photo along with truthful profile detailing your strengths would be the best way to project yourself.

Q: How do I know how much to bid?

Be sure to know the location of the task you wish to work on, as well as how much travelling and quantum work the task involves. You have to carefully consider as to how long you will take to complete the job. Accordingly you should be able to make a bid.

Q: As a TASKAUSSIE, when and how do I get paid?

Once you have completed the task to the TASKPOSTER’s satisfaction, the TASKPOSTER is required to pay directly to TASKAUSSIE and mark the task as Closed on our system.

Q: Can I leave a rating and review for my TASKPOSTER?

Yes. On completion of the task, you have to update the status of Task from Assigned to Completed and you will be prompted to review the TASKPOSTER.

Q: What if I have questions about a Task before bidding?

If you need further information on what a Task requires you can ask any question from the TASKPOSTER in Question and Answer section on every Task page.

Q: What if I need to contact my TASKPOSTER after my bid has been accepted?

After the task has been assigned to you, the task will be updated with the TASKPOSTER’s contact number and email id. This information will only be visible to you, as you have been assigned to the task as the TASKAUSSIE.

Q: I did the Task to the best of my ability but I got negative feedback. What can I do?

We understand it can be disheartening to receive negative feedback. If you feel like the TASKPOSTER may have a point, use this feedback to improve your performance next time. If however you think the TASKPOSTER is being unfair, you can reply back on TASKPOSTER’S review and explain your part.
