Welcome to WWW.TASKAUSSIE.COM. This online venue is owned and operated by Jewel Technologies Limited. TASKAUSSIE.COM is designed for use to connect TASKPOSTERS and TASKRUNNERS (hereinafter referred to as “TASKAUSSIES”)

Agreement :

Your use of “TASKAUSSIE.COM” Service constitutes your acceptance of all of the terms and conditions mentioned herein. TASKAUSSIE.COM requires that all Users be of 18 years of age or older. Terms of use are modified from time to time. Should you not agree with any changes to the terms and conditions, you may cease to use TASKAUSSIE.COM.

The Purpose :

The Website is an online venue assisting people seeking help ("TASKPOSTERS") with tasks and services (“Tasks”) to communicate with people who are prepared to perform such Tasks ("TASKAUSSIES"). All users are advised to read the FAQs before using the website. By using TASKAUSSIE.COM, You acknowledge and agree that: i) TASKAUSSIE.COM is not involved in the actual transaction between TASKPOSTERS and TASKAUSSIES. As a result, TASKAUSSIE.COM has no control over the quality, timing and legality of items or content posted on the Website. TASKAUSSIE.COM disclaims all liability from Tasks requested or performed in this regard. ii) The services offered by such any party do not form part of TASKAUSSIE Service, and that we are not responsible for those third parties or the goods or services they offer. iii) TASKAUSSIE.COM is only a venue solely designed to connect the TASKPOSTERS and TASKAUSSIES. All financial transactions are directly entered into between the TASKPOSTERS and TASKAUSSIES. As such the users of the website are totally responsible for their own taxes payable to ATO or any other government authorities. All Transactions entered into between the TASKPOSTERS AND TASKAUSSIES will be carried out at the users’ own risk.

Registration :

To use TASKAUSSIE.COM, you must register by clicking on the Register link provided on the homepage. When you register you must provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately by updating your registration details in your Dashboard. We may also change registration requirements from time to time. The registration login and password you select must be unique and kept secure, and you must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your registration. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we use your data.

Dos and Don’ts :

1. Post only lawful content on TASKAUSSIE.COM

2. Do not post or otherwise distribute personal or identifying information about another person

3. Do not make unsolicited contact with any other user

4. Do not use TASKAUSSIE.COM to distribute Trojan horses, worms, malicious or destructive code or any instructions activating such code

5. Do not impersonate any person or entity

6. Do not use TASKAUSSIE.COM to distribute material that is offensive, defamatory, obscene or harmful

Inappropriate Content :

TASKAUSSIE.COM reserves the right to remove or modify any content, without notice including User profiles, particularly where the content is deemed to be offensive or illegal. You acknowledge and agree that all content is the sole responsibility of the user You must not post, upload, transmit, distribute, store, create or otherwise publish through TASKAUSSIE.COM, any of the following:

1. Any content that is objectionable, inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, threatening or fraudulent2. Any content that would promote illegal activity, criminal offence or unlawful activity

3. Any content that may infringe the intellectual property rights of any person

4. Any content or link to content that is i) Is objectionable ii) Restricts or hinders any other person from using TASKAUSSIE.COM iii) Likely to be harmful to TASKAUSSIE.COM, its affiliates, advertisers or causes the users any harm or liability of any type. By submitting Content you grant to TASKAUSSIE.COM a universal, non-exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, transferable, sub-licensable and irrevocable right to: (a) Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, create derivative works from and otherwise communicate to the public the Content throughout the world in any form, media or technology; and (b) Use the name that you submit in connection with the Content. You acknowledge and agree that your Content is non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Entering into a Transaction :

When using the Service as a TASKPOSTER or a TASKAUSSIE, you contract directly with other users. When entering into transactions, the following process will occur: (a) The TASKPOSTER will provide a description of the Task they require to be completed (“Task Details”). The Task Details will include: i) How much the TASKPOSTER is prepared to pay to the TASKAUSSIE for the relevant Task ii) The TASKPOSTER and TASKAUSSIE will mutually agree and choose the mode of payment iii)The location of the Task and iv) The date by which the Task is to be completed by (b) TASKAUSSIES express their interest by bidding on the task (c) The TASKPOSTER may then assign the Task to the most suitable TASKAUSSIE

Payments :

The Task Amount is to be paid to the TASKAUSSIE by the TASKPOSTER on completion of the relevant Task. Payments may be made in the manner agreed between the parties. Failure to the agreed amount on completion of the task or unreasonable withholding or delay in the payment is considered a breach of this Agreement.

Disputes :

TASKAUSSIE.COM is not under any obligation to become involved or otherwise participate in disputes between parties. TASKAUSSIE.COM however will review any dispute that arises out of a Transaction. The Dispute needs to be notified to TASKAUSSIE.COM within three (3) business days. If no agreement is reached between the parties to come to a resolution, TASKAUSSIE.COM will consider what appropriate action it may take, which includes the discretion to cancel the User’s account in the Website.

Disclaimer of Warranties :

You acknowledge and agree that the use of TASKAUSSIE.COM and the Service is entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TASKAUSSIE.COM disclaims any warranties for: (a) Security, reliability, timeliness, accuracy, and performance of the Service; (b) Other services or goods received through or advertised on the Website or otherwise through the Service; (c) Viruses or other harmful components in connection with the Service.

Limitation of Liability and Release :

You acknowledge and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, TASKAUSSIE.COM is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages (even if TASKAUSSIE.COM has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from any aspect of your use of the Service.

Modification, Limitation and Termination of Service :

You acknowledge and agree that TASKAUSSIE.COM reserves the right at any time to establish limits, modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice, and that TASKAUSSIE.COM will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Service. All sections of this Agreement which by their nature should survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect subsequent to and notwithstanding the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

All contents of this Website are the copyrighted work of TASKAUSSIE.COM or its related bodies. TASKAUSSIE.COM, the associates, the logo and all other product or service names or slogans displayed on the Website are registered and/or common law trademarks of TASKAUSSIE.COM, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of TASKAUSSIE.COM. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names and company names or logos mentioned in the Website are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any products, services, processes or other information, by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation of same by TASKAUSSIE.COM. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise breached, please notify TASKAUSSIE.COM immediately with following information: (a) A description of the material on the Website that you claim is infringing, with enough detail so that we may locate it on the Website (b) A statement by you that you have, in good faith, belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (c) Your address, telephone number, and email address.

Indemnity :

You agree to indemnify, defend us and hold harmless TASKAUSSIE.COM and its officers from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the Agreement by you, including the use by any other persons accessing the Service using your account caused by your action or inaction.

Notwithstanding the contents of this Agreement, the users are advised to exercise caution when using the Website and common sense is not to be dispensed with. The user agrees to be totally responsible for all his content loaded and displayed on the Website as such he/she is to ensure and be fully satisfied that the task/information entered is lawful in all respects.

You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and TASKAUSSIE.COM as a result of the Agreement or your use of the Service.

Your agreement to the “Terms of Use” allows you only the use of the website designed solely for the purpose and convenience of connecting people in need of each other. Under no circumstances are the users to be considered as employees or agents TASKAUSSIE.COM. Nor does a user represent TASKAUSSIE.COM in any manner whatsoever.
