Q: How do I know when someone has bid on my Task?

You’ll get an email that lets you know someone has bid on your task. Then you can go to “My Task” link on Dashboard, check the profile of bidder/s and choose the most suitable TASKAUSSIE.

Q: How private is my personal information on taskaussie.com?

Your personal details are never disclosed to any party. Once a task has been assigned, only the email and contact numbers of the TASKAUSSIE and TASKPOSTER are revealed to both parties only.

Q: How do I hire two TASKAUSSIES in one Task Posting?

Unfortunately, we do not currently have an option to hire more than one TASKAUSSIE per task. We suggest posting one task for each TASKAUSSIE you require.

Q: What if I need to edit or cancel a task?

A task can be edited until such time it has not received any bid. For editing a task, simply go to “My Task” link on Dashboard and edit the task as required. A task can be cancelled as long as it has not been assigned. For cancelling a task, go to the particular Task in “My Task” link and change the status from open to close. Cancellation of task is not permitted once it has been assigned. However a cancellation may be acceptable at any stage by mutual agreement between the TASKPOSTER and TASKAUSSIE.

Q: What happens if my task expires?

When you post a task, you are given an option to select a date for Task to be done, if you haven’t got any bid by that date then the task will expire and you are required to re-post the task.

Q: What if I have a question, dispute, or other problems?

Members are encouraged to communicate with each other in order to resolve any issues amicably as they may arise. While taskaussie.com, its staff or owners do not accept any responsibility/liability for the actions of TASPOSTERS or TASKAUSSIES whatsoever, our Member Services would be happy to help answer your questions and/or resolve any problem.

Q: How do I leave feedback for a TASKAUSSIE?

When a Task is completed, TASKAUSSIE will change the status from Assigned to Completed and you will get an email. Then you go to “My Task” link on your dashboard and change the status of Task from Complete to Closed. Then you will be directed to leave feedback of your experience dealing with the TASKAUSSIE. We highly recommend that you leave your feedback at this stage while it's still fresh in your mind.

Q: How should I decide the price of my task?

While deciding the price of your task please considers these four factors.

Time- How long the task will take.

Efforts- Amount of work involved.

Distance- Consider the distance, taskaussie will have to travel to do the task.

Skills- If your task require special equipment OR unique skill, consider a high price.

 

Q: What if i don't have any clue on how much the price should be?

While posting the task you can put the willing to pay amount as $0. Than prospective taskaussie's can post their quote and you can pick the most appropriate bidder.

 

Q: Why do I need to leave feedback?

Communities like taskaussie.com are self-policing based on trustworthiness and providing honest feedbacks.

It is important for every TASKPOSTER to write honest and correct reviews, thereby helping other members make sound decisions in selecting a TASKAUSSIE.
